For custom software engineering client contracts, intellectual property rights and code ownership transfer terms are governed specifically by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) signed by both parties.

However, exact project scopes, delivery timelines, SLAs, and technical specifications are subject to written statement of work documents (SOWs) separate from this general website description.
